Hanna is currently forecast to make landfall sometime Friday night or Saturday morning near the SC/NC border as a strong tropical storm or weak category 1 hurricane. She is then expected to quickly travel NE along the US Coast, which will mean tropical storm conditions for the mid-Atlantic/New
IKE
Ike is looking really good. Well, it’s good for him, bad for anyone in his path. The storm is getting well-organized, is close to being a hurricane, and could very well be a category 3 or higher by Monday. His long-term intensity forecast and track or still highly uncertain and again can be blamed partly on a woman, Hanna! How fast she moves and how strong she is can influence Ike’s path.
Josephine is so far out that we’re just going to skip her until she gets closer and more info is available.
