Hanna -- Indecisive Woman, Ike -- Body Builder

HANNA

Hanna is currently forecast to make landfall sometime Friday night or Saturday morning near the SC/NC border as a strong tropical storm or weak category 1 hurricane. She is then expected to quickly travel NE along the US Coast, which will mean tropical storm conditions for the mid-Atlantic/New England states.

IKE

Ike is looking really good. Well, it’s good for him, bad for anyone in his path. The storm is getting well-organized, is close to being a hurricane, and could very well be a category 3 or higher by Monday. His long-term intensity forecast and track or still highly uncertain and again can be blamed partly on a woman, Hanna! How fast she moves and how strong she is can influence Ike’s path. North Carolina? South Florida? Cuba or a move through the Florida Straits, either of which would then mean an emergence into the Gulf of Mexico? I’m afraid it’s more wait-and-see with Ike.

Josephine is so far out that we’re just going to skip her until she gets closer and more info is available.
